To be good at helping someone with their computer problems you need to have be understanding when you help them as they may not understand what they have done or what needs to be done or what not to do and i've seen other people that know a lot people in IT trying to confuse the person who has brought in there computer and this is one example that i have seen.
My laptop's keyboard has stopped working and then she gave it to someone and they said that they need to boot the driver offline to see to try and fix it, When she said that to me i was just confused has her but i said that "It may just be a driver problem" or "Something wrong with the computer"
so i tried the easiest solution to to the computer's website and redownload the chipset driver to see if that fixed the problem and after rebooting the laptop it work perfectly.
And what i did was i verified the fault to see if they are right which i did and they was so next thing i did is see if windows device manager says if something is not working properly which it did not so i when and looked on the computer manufacturers webpage and then compared driver on the webpage and that they said on the computer and when i looked at the chipset driver on the webpage it was an newer version then was on the computer so i chose to update the driver and it first it did not work but then did the turn it off then on and then it worked then it was ready for them to pick up the computer
