The Blue screen of death is when seen by your average user it can be scary for them as they may not know what they have done and this is a quick story of what I will call the Blue screen of Death from hell.

Some information about the Acer Spin 1 that i have got.

CPU: Intel Celeron N3350 @ 1.10Ghz boost up to 2.0Ghz

CPU code name: Apollo Lake

RAM: Hyundai Electronics 4GB PC3-12800 (800 MHz) DDR3

SSD: Hynix HBG4a2 32GB

OS: Windows 10 Home 1607 Build 14393.0

Picture from Acer Spin 1

Image of a Blue Screen of Death Screen says "Your PC ran in to a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. 30% complete. For more information about this issue and possible fixes visit http://windows.com/stopcode. If you call a support person give them this info Stopcode: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

It all started with me trying a windows 10 app from the store (app name name removed), launched it and had a play around with it and I liked it, when I went to exit this windows 10 app then my computer blue screened and showed this image bellow.

So at first time it did this I thought to my self what no big deal it will do this and then it would sort its self out But I was mistaken.

If I was to know what would happen I would of done a clean install of windows 10 to fix this problem but I used the computer still and this was when it would only blue screen of death when it would be on the windows 10 log in screen typing in my details and then blue screen, restart then it was fine until i let the computer go into sleep mode but then it got worse it would blue screen if i clicked on other apps and programs that i know as good.

Then it got to the point of it would turn on show the acer log then show the blue screen of death then reboot and show the acer logo  then it would say "Preparing Automatic Repair" then it would just stay there so I left it for a day and used my Dell laptop and that had the same problem and I will reinstall windows to fix the problem but after using that for a day I when and got a windows 10 installation media then just deleted all partition of the laptop BUT ITS NOT RECOMMENDED TO DO THIS, Only do this if you KNOW what you are doing because deleting your recovery partition will mean if you screw up windows you can't use the recovery partition to help you, But if your doing a clean inatall of windows if you keep a another partition that has other windows stuff on it it may cause problems later on.

If you don't feel confident with doing any if this take it to a professional to have them fix it, But now working due to reinstalling windows
