9th October 2017:
First sign of problems
Install and update apps from the windows app
I closed the app and then it BSOD.
The blue screen of death was System service exption.
Would blue screen when on the windows 10 login screen after computer coming out of sleep mode on the Acer spin 1.
My first laptop the Dell Vostro 3559 had the same app on but it was before it BSOD so I did not know what would happen, and would BSOD when turning on for the first time and then BSOD randomly when opening windows apps or normal programs.
10th October 2017
Acer Spin 1 Now has working windows and I just was installing programs and apps.
The Dell Vostro 3559 has a very similar problem to the Acer spin 1 but with the Dell it would BSOD when starting up the first time then would BSOD randomly when opening any program or app.
12th October 2017
The Acer Spin 1 was fully functional and had all of the apps and programs reinstalled.
The Dell Vostro 3559 is still not fixed yet.
13th October 2017
Windows 10 was working perfectly on my Acer untill it download some updates then it rebooted and then while starting up it showed a BSOD and this time it said KMODE_EXECPTION_NOT_HANDLED, then rebooted and it worked perfectly fine.
16th October 2017
I was useing PowerPoint for a project and needed a template so I asked a friend to have me a copy and the I started the work but a few hours later my computer suddenly ran so slow to the point of not being usable.
When I got home I scanned for viruses and found nothing so I looked in task manager and saw that windows audio device graph isolation cpu useage was at 100% all of the time regardless of what I was doing on it.
18th October 2017
So to fix it I installed the last version of Windows 10 which at the time of writing this it was Windows 10 1703 OS build 15063 and it seemed to have fixed it but I was wrong as it did the same showing Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation at 100% CPU
19th October 2017 and 20th October 2017
I tweeted at @MicrosoftHelps and said the following
1st Tweet: @MicrosoftHelps In task manager Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation is stuck at 100%. How it happened I was using Edge while viewing a YouTube Video and then a notification popped up and said "Are you having sound problems" when the sound was working perfectly normally.
2nd Tweet: Microsoft support replying to @Tech_Top1a
Hi! We'd love to help. Just to clarify, did you make any changes before the issue started? Please share a screenshot with us.
3rd Tweet: @MicrosoftHelps Screenshot of notification said "Are you having sound problems"
4th Tweet: @MicrosoftHelps Screenshot of Task Manager showing "Windows Audio device graph isolation"
5th Tweet: Replying to @Tech_Top1a That's strange, Have you tried scanning you PC with Windows defender? Give it a try
6th Tweet: I've Done the scan and it said "No threats found" and windows audio device graph isolation still causing my pc to run at 100% CPU
7th Tweet: Yikes! With that let's ask out Answer Desk for more in-depth assistance update us.
21st October 2017
I've done a live chat with someone from Microsoft help chat and found that disabling sound encasements helps make the computer I bit more usable but still has the "Windows audio device graph isolation and now the CPU usage is on average around 50% to 60% just ilding
After I had restarted it when back to 100% so I tried some of the other troubleshooting tips a done of them said to uninstall the sound driver and use the windows generic audio driver.
23rd October 2017
Now my computer has been fully fixed and is now ready to be used all of the time now.
